Donaire-Concepcion WBA officials!
Donaire-ConcReferee Vic Draculich will be the third man in the ring when the Panamanian challenger and former WBA interim super flyweight champion Rafael Concepción (13-3-1, 8 KOs) and former IBF flyweight champion, Nonito Donaire (21-1, 14 KOs) fight for the WBA interim super flyweight title at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 15. The three judges are Max De Luca (California), CJ Ross (Nevada) and Gelnn Trowbridge (Nevada). The fight supervisor is Michael Welsh.
