Top Rank Promotions (Pavlik) and Goossen-Tutor Promotions (Williams) reached an agreement with a little financial help from HBO, which will televise the bout on their Championship Boxing series.
The bout will be housed at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Pavlik, the best middleweight in the world, will look to shake the memory of a devestating unanimous decision loss in his last high profile loss last year to Bernard Hopkins, while Paul Williams (#2 in the world) will try to further entrench his legacy in the boxing history books.
